All Hallows' Eve at Primrose - The Turning of the Year
Join us at Primrose Organic Produce on Saturday 31 October, 10am–4pm for All Hallows’ Eve at Primrose – The Turning of the Year. This free seasonal gathering celebrates harvest’s end and the coming of winter with farm and market garden walks, apple & spoon races, potato sack races, the Great Primrose Tug of War, pumpkin carving and apple pressing. There’ll also be plenty of seasonal food and drink, including soul cakes, roasted chestnuts, toffee apples, seasonal stew and soup, mulled cider, hot apple juice, gingerbread hot chocolate and autumn-spiced lattes. The farm shop and café will be open throughout the day, with Primrose’s own organic seasonal vegetables, pasture-fed Red Devon beef, mutton, heritage pork and eggs, alongside other local and organic produce. A relaxed autumn day rooted in the countryside, traditional seasonal customs, good food and community. Free entry · No booking required · Everyone welcome Primrose Organic Produce, Lymburghs Farm, near Marnhull, Dorset DT10 1HN
